REQUIREMENT

To apply for apply for Ghana Entry Permit or Visa
1.Valid Passport not expiring within Six(6) months.
2.Completed application forms and all supporting document depending on your purpose of entry.
3. Two(2) most recent Passport size photographs
4. NOTARIZED consent letter from parent/s if applicant is below 18 years of age, copies of photo ID of both parents 

ADULT APPLICANTS:

1. Completed application form

2. Original Passport ( Proof of permanent resident for non-U.S citizens)

3. Two most recent passport size photos

4. Copy of Covid19 vaccination card

5. Business applicants must obtain letter from company.

Minor Applicants (Children under 18 years of age)

1. Photo copy of child’s birth certificate(not original copy)
2. Government issued photo ID of parents if both parents name appear on the birth certificate.
3. Notarized and signed consent letter from parents.
4. The original passport.
5. Two(2) most recent passport size photos.
